We have pleasure in informing you that we manufacture sand and gravity die castings.

Ours is a small scale industry manufacturing Aluminium and other Non – ferrous alloy castings like Brass, Gun metal, Aluminium Bronze, phosphor bronze, Leaded bronze, Mazak and lead castings.

We have our own pattern making and die making shop. We can manufacture castings to any international standards and to customer’s specifications. Our castings can be supplied in fully / proof machined condition with heat treatment, powder coating, anodizing, plating, sand and shot blasting and with leak test. Test certificates and test bar can be provided wherever required. We can also supply castings in fully / part /and in assembled condition. We have a full fledged machine shop and qualified people for inspection of castings.

Our company is registered with Indian Institute of Foundrymen and with Aluminium association of India. We have Import and Export code and exported castings to US, France and Singapore.

Our Services

It is a proprietorship concern. The proprietor of the company Mr. V.Ramachandran is a Mechanical engineer having more than 40 years of experience in this line of activity. He has been running this company for the past more than 35 years in the same, our own place.

Aluminium die casting

Our Aluminum Die Casting produces highly repeatable, complex shapes and at very competitive prices. Aluminium is strong, light-weight, corrosion resistant, readily plateable and electrically conductive.

Brass die casting

“Brass is the generic term for a range of copper-zinc alloys with differing combinations of properties, including strength, machinability, ductility, wear-resistance, hardness, colour, antimicrobial, electrical and thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. It has a higher malleability . It’s a good conductor of heat.”
